The Firemiser Insulated Rolling Fire Door is perfect for an exterior application and reduces sound transfer thanks to mineral wool insulation. Mineral wool insulation also minimizes thermal transfer, which can help you with temperature control inside your building. Opt for the SmokeShield™ seal package for your fire-rated door if you’re required to conform to UL 1784 or want an additional barrier to eliminate smoke migration throughout your building.

We offer steel as an option on many metal roll-up doors, including rolling security doors, Thermiser® insulated doors, and fire-rated steel doors that provide up to 4 hours of protection. These doors coil into a compact area to take up minimal space above. When closing, the steel slats interlock with each other for added strength, stability and security.

GALVANIZED STEEL ROLL-UP DOORS

Galvanized steel doors are one of our most popular options. These roll-up doors come coated with our exclusive ASTM A653 GalvaNex™ basecoat on the curtain, hood and guides in your choice of white, grey, tan or brown. You can also choose from an extensive range of finishes for a custom look. Optional finishes for our galvanized roll-up steel doors include SpectraShield® powder coating in over 180 colors or over a dozen colors in our durable AtmoShield® powder coating finish.

STAINLESS STEEL ROLL-UP DOORS

Stainless steel provides a sleek appearance and a natural resistance to corrosion that makes it suitable for harsh climates. Stainless steel delivers a high-end appearance in its natural state, and we can enhance them with an optional #4 brushed finish treatment for a satin look. These metal roll-up doors have a dense composition and a thicker-gauge curtain that provides added security and resistance to force and will not fade when exposed to prolonged sunlight.

POWDER COAT & CUSTOM COLOR MATCHING

When you want a specific color, we offer over 180 different standard powder coat colors or we can custom match a color for you. No matter which of our steel roll up doors you choose, our SpectraShield powder coat system eliminates the need for field painting. SpectraShield is an environmentally friendly, factory-applied polyester powder coating to your steel door layered on top of our standard GalvaNex finish.

When your overhead door needs a smooth finish that is tough and durable that outperforms field-applied coatings in color retention, corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, UV stability and abrasion resistance, our SpectraShield exterior door powder coating is the answer.

We warranty all our metal roll-up doors to last a minimum of 50,000 cycles, and you can upgrade to heavy-duty springs to double your lifespan and achieve 100,000 cycles. We also offer high-speed rolling steel doors capable of up to 1,000,000 dependable cycles with operational speeds up to 24 inches per second for added performance.
