ASH900 Rolling Wood Shutters

Experience for yourself the visual appeal of a 3/4” thick solid wood shutter in birch, maple, cherry, oak or mahogany. Wood shutters are available for openings up to 12′-0” wide. For openings larger than 12′-0”, we suggest using a fixed or removable mullion. Available with optional wood hood and wood-veneered guides, shutters come factory sanded for site finishing to ensure colour match with your decor. We recommend hand crank or motor operation for wood shutters over 20 sq. ft. in size. For locations that need security, style and a professional decor, wood shutters are the best choice.

Customers have the option to choose from aluminum, steel or stainless steel shutters to be punched to make the shutter semi-transparent. This transparency allows vision, light and airflow to make its way through the sturdy security barrier. Perforated shutters are used in applications ranging from mall storefront to industrial garden center closure.

ASH300 Rolling Aluminum Shutters

The ASH300 curved aluminum shutter is a very versatile product that can be used for smaller counter-top applications all the way to 24’-0” wide openings. The curved slat profile offers both strength in design and a smooth aesthetic appearance. This product is an ideal choice for sports stadium concession stands, school cafeterias, pharmaceutical serveries, and pool cabanas. You can choose to have your shutters manufactured with standard clear anodized finish, choose from any RAL colour swatch, or submit colour samples for a custom colour finish to make sure your shutters are an exact match for your unique space.

ASH200 Rolling Aluminum Shutters

The clean, neat appearance of the Solid Aluminum, Perforated Aluminum, Steel and Stainless Steel rolling shutters make them the perfect choice for your security application. Rolling shutters are ideal for situations where a solid barrier is needed for security and privacy, such as concession stands, service counters and storage areas. They also provide an excellent exterior covering for windows. New to the Amstel line is a shutter design that is perfectly suited for kiosks, carts and other applications where headroom is limited. Openings up to 4′-6” in height will require as little as 6-1/2” of coiling space. This leaves you with more room for display. Rolling shutters are available in a wide variety of custom finishes and colours in addition to our standard clear anodized aluminum. Amstel has the solution to suit your design application.

ASH100 Rolling Aluminum Shutters

The clean lines of the flat aluminum ASH100 slat fill an opening with a balanced appearance. The ASH100 and ASH200 models have the same visual profile and slat height of 1-1/4″ however, the ASH100 has a reduced slat depth for a tighter coil making it ideal for openings less than 9′-0″ (2,740 mm) in width and 5′-0″ (1,524 mm) in height.
Common applications are counter-top installations at bars, serveries, and reception desks. This model is also widely used for retail kiosks and can be designed into the millwork for smaller openings such as magazine and confectionary cabinet and stands.

Stainless Steel Rolling Shutters

Stainless Steel Shutters are an ideal solution for exterior building closure. The Amstel curtain is constructed of interlocking roll-formed 22 gauge stainless steel slat, with sections 3/8″ deep and individually 1-1/4″ high. The overall width of the door is sized and manufactured to suit customers door opening.

Amstels 16 GA. (0.05”) flat profile slat, 1/2″ deep and individually 1-1/4″ high, makes aluminum shutters the strongest in the industry. Like all of the Amstel shutters, Aluminum shutters are made to suite your door opening.
